October Trail - SOLD

8x8 acrylic on cradled panel

Summer has come and gone. In its place an explosion of colour graces our landscape. So here's a little piece to celebrate walking in a riot of colour.

December SOLD

SOLD 8x10 acrylic on canvas

A closer look at one of my pieces from the December show at Gallery 629 in Merrickville. Winter is one of my favourite seasons to express visually. Snowy mornings, misty light, sparkling whites, long shadows, light halos...all inspire! This is a scene looking out my back window onto a neighbours' property - a mystical moment to recreate.

Harvest Path

6x6 Oil on cradled panel

Spring is in full swing here. I'm gearing up for a gallery opening in June - details to follow. In the meantime I'm continuing to paint with oils; loving the creamy, blendability of the medium. A remembered scene from my walks in Ontario.
