O, Howly Night

I've moved away from feathered greetings to a furry one in creating this new card image.
I wish you all a joyous holiday season and an artful new year! Merry Christmas!

Raven Noel

Ravens are such amazing birds. They are in abundance here in the Yukon and provide much inspiration for these prints.

I'm taking the faux silk screen printing a little further and experimenting by adding other mediums. I rather like the results in this cheeky fellow.

In My Mind's Eye 1

This drawing came about after reading about keeping an art journal. I've never kept an "art" journal but I do keep a written journal. I have been struggling to get back to a painting groove and not having much success. In the back of my mind I have been thinking perhaps it is time to switch it up - change mediums. When I picked up my pencil yesterday and began this drawing I had no idea what would emerge. I was just drawing what I was feeling. I like the end result.

Water Coloured Pears SOLD

It has been forever since I uploaded a painting. Life has been crazy busy since January. We made a major move, clear across the country. It has been one huge consuming process. I'm just now getting back to creative pursuits after such a huge and frustrating hiatus. These days I'm mostly messing around with different mediums; trying to find my "voice" again.
