A Companion for Diana

Here's the acrylic version of Diana - finally finished. Indeed, a big challenge for me. The torn paper approach was a very helpful exercise.

You have been busy considering the art show this weekend! This is great! You did a terrific job with the painting. I really like the rich background colour that you gave the painting and the depth in the statue is perfect. You also captured the doting way the dog is looking up at the lady.

Thanks Lori! The painting of Diana was just begging me to finish it - not to leave it undone - and when the bug bites, I scratch!
